You can use either the Create border tool or the Border settings to create tile borders in a plan. Border tiles can be either predefined or created by setting a tile's Properties to Border.
Create Border
On the Tiles tab
- Click the Create border tool.
- Select the area in which you want to place the border.
- Drag a border tile into the Create border window, click OK.
- Use the snap points to define the required shape.
Note: See also, How to use the snap point tool.
Note: This function will not allow a closed shape, it is designed to start and end either side of an object or edge. To create a closed shape (for example around all edges of a floor) you need to use Border settings.
