When you attempt to install a programme update you may be asked by Windows: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"
If you have admin access, you will be able to simply click Yes but, if you are asked for an admin user name and password, this means the Microsoft account you are using on your PC does not have administrator rights.
If you do not know the required admin login, you need to request access from the person responsible for IT within your company.
