Innoplus version update 12.0.2170 consists of changes to the Edit floor plan interface, integration with the Innoplus support centre and the brand new Virtual tour tool.
Edit floor plan
The interface for the Edit floor plan has been streamlined to make drawing plans easier. Clicking Edit floor plan now opens in a new tab, with the settings situated on the right hand side:
There is now the option of flipping wall direction and roof pitch direction. For more guidance on this feature, please see article Using Edit floor plan.
Support Chat
Access to Innoplus Support Chat has been integrated into the application, providing access to support as soon as it is needed.
Click the Support chat icon to open a chat window and enter your query. From your question we will suggest articles from the Support centre to guide you, or connect with the Innoplus support team who will chat in the app.
There are several places where the Support chat can be accessed:
- Click Help in the Menu bar and select Support Chat.
- In the top-right corner click the support chat icon.
- Click View support chat at the bottom of the Assistant box.
Virtual tour
The brand-new Virtual tour function allows you to walk around a 3D plan view and interact with objects. Access this feature by clicking Present in the menu bar and selecting Virtual tour.
Once Virtual tour is open:
- Move in the plan by using the direction keys on your keyboard in Walk in mode.
- Look around by holding down the mouse wheel while moving the mouse to free look.
- Left-click to interact with any objects highlighted in blue when you hover over them when Execute animation is turned on.
