In Innoplus, the view picker or wall picker is a simple 2D plan in which you can select what views of the room building elements you want to see in either 2D or 3D mode. It can be found at the bottom of the Assistant box, located on the right side of your screen. From within it you can view walls, floors and ceilings.
The example shows which wall has been selected by the purple line on it and the large arrow in the centre of the view picker showing the direction of the view.
Once selected the view will appear in your open 2D or 3D tab.
Selecting a wall view
Select a wall by mousing over it with your cursor until you see a blue line and arrow, then left-click.
Selecting a floor or bird's eye view
To view the floor or enter a top-down, bird's eye view of your plan, double-click in the centre of the view picker.
Selecting a ceiling view
To look at the ceiling in your plan, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click once in the centre of the view picker.
| Note: This view is useful for placing ceiling lights. |
Updating the view picker
If you add an internal wall to a room, you will see that the view picker needs to be updated to show the new wall. Click the view picker to update it.
| Note: If you do not see the internal walls in the view picker, even after updating it, right-click on the wall and select internal wall/platform settings. Under Visibility, tick the box Use in floor plan and then click OK. |
