Tile bonds are a way of laying tiles in a pattern onto a surface. Innoplus includes bonds using several different tiles in the same pattern and also rosette tiling (laying four patterned tiles that go together).
In Tiles mode and either 2D or 3D view:
- Click the Neutral tiles icon

- Double-click the Tile bonds folder in the catalogues assistant tab on the right-hand side of your screen. This will show you a list of folders containing tile bonds.
Note: The numbers listed signify the number of different tiles used in the bonds. - Double-click one of the listed folders, this opens a filecard on the left hand side of your screen.
- Select the laying pattern (bond) you require and drag the bond onto your clipboard
- Double-click it to open it.
- In the Assign tiles in the bond window, drag the required tile(s) into the right-hand side.
Note: The Search for appropriate tiles button will bring up a list of tiles the appropriate size for the bond.
The preview on the left will update as you drag tiles into the bond. - If you have more than one type of tile in the bond:
After dragging the first tile in, select the position of further tiles by clicking on a tile in the preview on the left-hand side.
Then drag in the second tile.
Repeat this action until the bond is completed with all tiles in place. - Click OK when you have finished building the bond. This will update the bond on your clipboard ready to be dragged to the surface you want to tile.
Note: The bond you have created can be saved to a file card if you wish to use it again.
