If a newer version of Innoplus has been installed on your workstation and you have difficulty opening an existing plan, encountering an error message, then it means that not all program updates have been installed yet and an older version of Innoplus is still running.
Depending on the number of manufacturer catalogues selected after installation, the updater needs some time to fully download and install all programs and catalogues.
