Trying to install a programme update may result in the following window being shown. Windows may ask you: "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" This is a prompt for an admin user name and password before allowing the installation to continue.
This means that the computer user account in use does not have administrator rights.
If you don’t know admin credentials to enter you need to ask the IT department of your company to enter them and to install the programme update on the computer.
