If your USB dongle is not recognised, please do the following checks depending if you are new or existing user, before contacting our Support team.
New Users
A new user of Innoplus may find that after installation, at program start, that the USB dongle is not recognised.
There are two reasons this may have occurred:
- The USB dongle was plugged in shortly before program start.
OR
- The USB dongle was plugged in after program start.
To resolve this, with the USB dongle plugged in:
- Click Advanced.
- Click Change license type.
- Click Dongle management.
Now the USB dongle will be recognised and the main menu will open.
Existing installations
If the USB work correctly the last time but is now no longer being recognised:
Check whether the light in the USB dongle is permanently lit.

If the USB is not lit: connect the dongle to another USB port and check again.
- If the light in the dongle goes on initially, but then goes out after a few seconds: The dongle is not being correctly recognised by the OS. Please contact our Support team.
