This article covers editing the plan information, managing the attachments, adding the plan to another Showcase and managing notes on the plan.
On the Inspire main menu, click on the Showcase that contains the plan you want to edit.
Double click on the plan to open it. You will now see the standard toolbar icons see Collaborate: Manage Plans, you will also see two new icons which only appear in plans within a Gallery, which are Public plans:

Plan showcases:Shows a list of showcases this plan is uploaded to. You also can upload this plan to another showcase. See also Add the plan to another Showcase |
Editing the plan information
With a plan open, users can edit the plan information by clicking on the Edit icon:
The following window opens:

Edit the plan information that you have registered during the preparation of the upload. You can modify all fields including the size if you want to round it up or down. |

Free text entries to add information to your plan. Note: This information is only visible from the administration view of the plan, not in the Showcase. |

You can add a URL to the plan. The URL can be a website or a link to the Design@Web planner if the plan is available there. |
Add the plan to another Showcase
You can reassign the plan to another showcase or assign it to other showcases in addition to the current selection.
- On the Inspire main menu, click on the Showcase that contains the plan you want to reassign or add to other showcases.
- Double click on a plan to open it.
- Click on the Plan showcases icon:
- Add the plan to another showcase by clicking on +. This opens a new screen where the existing showcases are listed.
- In this new screen, you can select or de-select the showcases where the plan should be assigned or not.
- Save to register the modifications.
Managing the attachments
- On the Inspire main menu, click on the Showcase that contains the plan you want to manage the attachments of.
- Double click on a plan to open it.
- By clicking on the paperclip
you can manage the attached files:

Select an attached file by clicking on it. This will open the file in a new screen. See image below: |
CHOOSE AS PREVIEW - Define the picture as the default preview in the gallery.
DEACTIVATE - Deactivates the attached file: The file remains attached to the plan but won’t be visible in the showcase view.
UNPUBLISH - Unpublish the attached file: The file is removed from the Cloud and won’t be available until it is again added to the plan.
Manage notes on the plan
- On the Inspire main menu, click on the Showcase that contains the plan you want to assign notes to.
- Double click the plan to open it.
- Click on the Plan notes icon:
- Click on the + icon.
- This new window has two tabs:
TEXT - Type your note(s) into the Text area and Save them.
FILE - You can choose a file, from your computer, to add it.
Note: Adding a new note and a file can be done in one go by navigating from the TEXT to the FILE tab and Saving all together. - When you have registered Notes and Attachments they appear in the list under the Notes icon:
• Each Note is an entry
• Each Attachment is an entry
You can open the Notes and Attachments from the list by clicking on the relevant entry. - Once you have opened a note or attachment you have the option to Download or Delete it.
- If you choose to download it, you can edit the text and Save the modification.
