In this article you will learn how to identify a gallery that's been shared with you, what Showcase tools are available, plan information, how to add a plan to an existing gallery and how to delete a plan.
From the Showcase platform, you can directly access all Inspire Galleries. You just need to select the one you want to view by clicking on it.
Note: A gallery or showcase that has been shared with you is signified by the blue icon above. This icon means that this showcase has been shared with you by another shop or subsidiary. You can view it but not edit it or share it.
Showcase tools
Once the Showcase is opened, you can see all plans registered in there. In this screen there are several tools to administrate the Showcase:

Share: You can share your showcase between several shops. |

Advertisements: You can select and upload an advertisement (banner form) that you have previously saved. |
|
|
Delete showcase: You can delete your showcase. |
|
|
Settings: You can change the settings of your showcase (colours, logo, name, etc.). |
|
|
Show website: By clicking on this icon, you can see the same rendering as the one the user will see on the website. |
|
|
List view: Shows the list of plans in your gallery without a visual. |
|
|
List with images (Mosaic): Shows the list of plans in your gallery with a visual. |
|
|
You can add any public plan you have uploaded in the current gallery. |
|
|
Save showcase plans: Validate an action such as adding or deleting a plan, etc. Note: It is important to Save unless no change has been made. |
|
|
Filter ...: Search for the name of the plan, name of the seller etc. |
Plan information
With the Showcase/Gallery open, each plan it contains has limited information displayed:

Add a plan to an existing Gallery
You can upload as many new plans from Innoplus to an existing showcase as you want. See also How to create a Gallery.
Add an already uploaded public plan
- To add a plan, click on the Add plans to the gallery icon:
Your gallery will move to the background and the public plans will appear. - Select the plan(s) you want to add by clicking on the plus icon
next to the plan name.
- When your selection is done, close the Public plans view.
- Click on the Save showcase plans icon
to confirm.
Delete plans from your Gallery
If you want to delete a plan, click on the minus icon by the plan name and the plan will be removed from your Gallery.
