There are two reasons why you might not be able to tile the floor. In the first case the floor has been deleted which affects both the 2D and 3D view, in the second the Visibility settings in the 2D view are set to hide tiles.
The floor has been deleted
If the floor has been deleted it will show as a white space in 2D and all the walls will be shown in 3D.
To restore the floor, right click one of the walls and select Renew floor from the object menu.
Visibility settings
A second reason tiles may not show on the floor in the 2D view is if the Visibility settings are set to hide tiles.
To resolve this:
- In the assistant panel, located on the right side the screen, under the View tab, click the Adjust visibility settings icon:
- Check under Object visibility that Tiles is checked. If Tiles is unchecked, tick the box and click Save.
