In Innoplus, you can change any room measurements, even after the initial setup without having to start a new plan.
In a 2D view:
-
Right-click a wall and select Edit wall.
-
Move your cursor over the desired wall and you will see two arrows:
- The red arrow indicates which end of the wall will be edited, and if it will be inner or outer edge of the wall.
-
The green arrow indicates which direction the wall will move if displaced, or if the wall thickness is changed.
-
If the direction of both arrows is as desired, left-click the wall. This opens the Edit wall dialogue:
- Wall length: This slider allows you to increase or decrease the length of the selected wall in the direction indicated by the red arrow. You can also see and edit the Absolute length, the total length of the wall, and the Relative length, the amount the wall is being altered by, in the two fields below the slider.
- Shift in length: This slider allows you to move the selected wall, without altering its length along the axis indicated by the red arrow. You can see or edit the amount in the field below the slider.
- Wall thickness: Click the drop-down box to adjust the thickness of the selected wall in the direction indicated by the green arrow.
-
Moving: This slider allows you to displace the wall along the axis indicated by the green arrow.
-
Make the desired adjustments to the selected wall, such as using the Wall length slider to extend or shorten the wall, or using the Absolute or Relative fields to enter the new wall length, and click OK.
- Repeat the same steps on any adjoining walls, so that the room shape is closed and all the walls meet.
- Select the Build tab, left-click on the floor and, in the Assistant box located on the right, under the View tab, click Renew floor to trim the floor to the new room size.
