In Innoplus, if you cannot see inside your room whilst in a 3D view, there are two likely reasons:
1: Automatic display/hiding settings
When Automatic display/hiding is disabled, all walls and ceilings will be shown, and the view of the room will be from the outside. If disabled, the icon, located in the assistant box to the right of your screen, under the View tab, will not be highlighted.

In the assistant box, located on the right of your screen, under the View tab, click the Automatic display/hiding icon to enable it:
2: The floor is missing from your design
The floor can be deleted in Innoplus. If this happens, all of the walls will be shown automatically even if Automatic display/hiding is enabled.
Resolution
Right-click on a wall and select Renew floor.
