In Innoplus, if the error message This object cannot be cut is received:

Right-click the ceiling or floor and select Level settings.
- Check that the values for Thickness of ceiling and Thickness of floor are greater than 0, as it is not possible to cut a hole in the ceiling or floor if the thickness is less than 1cm.
