In Innoplus, users can create user defined file cards. User defined file cards are saved automatically on the user's PC. However, user defined file cards can also be saved manually, for example to export to another computer using a USB flash drive. User defined file cards can then be loaded, for example to import them to a new PC. In this way file cards can be shared.
Saving user defined file cards
User defined file cards can be saved, for example to a USB flash drive, to be loaded onto a new PC.
In the Assistant Box:
- Click the Catalogues tab.
- Click the drop-down arrow alongside the Save user defined cards icon:
- Select Save user defined cards.
- Browse the PC for a location to save the file cards by clicking the ellipsis icon:
Note: It is recommended to create a new folder for the saved cards. - Click Start.
Loading user defined cards
Saved user defined file cards can be loaded, for example from a USB flash drive, onto a new PC.
In the Assistant Box:
- Click the Catalogues tab.
- Click the drop-down arrow alongside the Save user defined cards icon:
- Select Load user defined cards.
- Browse the PC for the location of the saved file cards by clicking the ellipsis icon:
- Click Start.
