In Innoplus, you can view and export the part list, also known as the Bill of Materials or BoM. All articles and tiles used in the plan are shown in the parts list. The part list can be exported in several different file formats; UGL, UGS, GAEB and XML. You can also export the part list directly to Microsoft Excel.
What is the part list?
All items, articles and tiles used in the plan are shown in the Part list, arranged into columns which show detailed information, which can be exported in a variety of file formats.
- Pos.: This column shows the articles and tiles in the plan by number and by symbols, for example, for articles and tiles.
- Article code: This columns shows the article code assigned by the manufacturer.
- Manufact.: This column shows the manufacturer of the article.
- Sizes (W x D x H): This column shows the size of the article in Width, Depth and Height.
- QTY: This column shows the quantity of the article. Tiles are show in metres squared (m²) with the number of tiles and the number of cut tiles displayed in brackets.
- Unit: This column shows the unit of measurement for the article.
- Unit price: This column shows the price of the article or tile per unit.
- Total price: This column shows the total price of the articles or tiles. The full total sum is displayed at the end of the column.
- Short text: This column shows the name or description of the article.
Opening the part list
Under the Document tab:
- Click the Open part list icon:
Exporting the part list
Under the Part list tab:
- Click the Export icon:
- Select the desired export option.
- Selecting Export as UGL will open the Export UGL file window. Fill in the required fields and click OK.
- Selecting Export as UGS will open the Export UGS file window. Fill in the required fields and click Save.
- Selecting Export as GAEB will open the Export GAEB file window. Fill in the required fields and click Save.
- Selecting Export as XML will open the Save as window. Select a location for the file and click Save.
- Selecting Send to Excel will open a new Microsoft Excel workbook. You must Save the workbook.
