In Innoplus you may find that accelerated mode has been disabled. This may be because it has been disabled by your administrator or because your PC does not meet the recommended specifications. The accelerated mode icons may be greyed out or be hidden from view entirely.
| For more information about system specifications, see Innoplus workstation requirements. |

Innoplus will check your PC for an appropriate graphics card, also known as a graphics processing unit (GPU). If the graphics card installed does not meet the recommended specifications, requires updated drivers, or if accelerated mode has been disabled by your administrator, then accelerated mode will be disabled.
Enabling accelerated mode in the Configuration manager
If your PC does meet the recommended specifications and your graphics card drivers are up to date, but the accelerated mode icons are still hidden, then it may be that accelerated mode has been disabled in the Configuration manager. To enable accelerated mode:
- Open the Innoplus Configuration manager. Type configuration manager into your Windows search field to find it.
- In the Innoplus Configuration manager (Users) window, select the Graphics cards tab and untick Deactivate accelerated mode.
| Note! If the option to untick Deactivate accelerated mode is greyed out, close the Configuration manager and try selecting Run as administrator. The window should open as Innoplus Configuration manager (Administrator). If you are unable to use administrator mode, contact your administrator. |
