How to download, install and activate Innoplus using an .ISO file

1. Go to the Customer Portal at:
   For European customers https://flex.compusoftgroup.com/#/user-settings/product-downloads
   For Australian and Pacific regions https://live-flex-au.compusoftgroup.com/#/user-settings/product-downloads
   
   
2. Sign in with your Compusoft credentials.
   Note: If you do not have any credentials contact your local Compusoft support team to generate them for you.
   
   
3. Select the Innoplus file with catalogues in the required language and click on the Download button.
   
   
4. You will see the progress of the download at the top-right     You can also see the progress on the Microsoft Edge icon, on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
   
   
5. Once complete click the download icon    and select Open.

3. Select the Innoplus file with catalogues in the required language and click on the Download button.
   
   
4. You will see the progress of the download at the bottom left.  You can also see the progress on the Google icon, on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
   
   
   
   
5. Once complete click the ^ icon next to the Innoplus installation iso file and select Open.

3. Select the Innoplus file with catalogues in the required language and click on the Download button.
4. You will see the progress of the download at the top right   You can also see the progress on the Firefox icon, on the task bar at the bottom of your screen.
   
   
5. Once complete click on the download icon and hover over Completed then click Open file.

1. Once you Open the file, you will see a virtual DVD drive called Innoplus on your computer.
   
   
   
2. Double click on the InnoplusSetup_Launcher.exe file to begin the installation.
   
   
3. In the general welcome screen, click Next.
   
   
4. When prompted select the option for standard installation and click Next.
   
   
5. During the installation you will be prompted to enter your Company information this is compulsory before the installation will proceed.
   
   
6. Before clicking Complete insert the USB dongle (if you have one) into your computer.
   
   

Note: You must be connected to the internet.

1. Once you have clicked on Complete Innoplus will search for the USB dongle.
   
   
2. Once it has located the dongle, Innoplus will ask for the catalogue source.
   
   
3. After you have selected the source, Innoplus opens.

If you clicked Complete before inserting the dongle

1. If you clicked Complete before inserting the dongle, you need to insert it and click Advanced.
   
   
2. When the licence administration page appears, select change licence type and click Next.
   
   
3. Select Dongle Management and click Finish.
   
   
4. Innoplus will ask for the catalogue source.
   
   
5. After you have selected the source, Innoplus opens.

Activation with an activation key

Note: You must be connected to the internet.

1. When you click on Complete  Innoplus will search for an USB dongle and because it doesn't find one, it will open the Activate Innoplus window, where you enter your activation key.
   
   
2. Enter your activation key from your Welcome email.
   Note: We recommend using the copy and paste function, to avoid input errors.
   
   
3. Click Continue.
   
   
4. Innoplus will ask for the catalogue source.
   
   
5. After you have selected the source, Innoplus opens.
