This article covers sharing a showcase with colleagues, how to stop sharing a showcase and deleting a showcase. It also looks at what the Manage Plans icons mean.
Sharing a showcase
For companies with multiple shops, you can share showcases between shops:
- Choose the Showcase/Gallery you want to share and click on it.
A window opens showing previews of the plans contained in the Showcase/Gallery. - Click the Share overview icon
at the top right of your screen. The following window will open:

List of all the companies/subsidiaries with which the showcase is already shared. |

Type the email address of the specific shop with which you want to share your showcase. |

Specify the number of days you want to share it with them. If you want to share it permanently, tick the checkbox Never. |

Confirm by clicking on SHARE SHOWCASE. Note: Sharing a showcase to another subsidiary/company/shop is only possible if the recipient has a Showcase 360/cloud account. This is automatically and immediately checked when clicking on the SHARE SHOWCASE button, and if the email address entered is not known as a Showcase 360/cloud account a dialogue box will appear informing you of this. |
Stop sharing a showcase
- Choose the Showcase/Gallery you want to stop sharing and click on it.
A window opens showing previews of the plans contained in the Showcase/Gallery. - Click the Share overview icon
- Under Shared to companies tick the checkbox by the company you want to stop sharing with.
- To confirm click UNSHARE SELECTED SHOPS at the bottom of the window.
Deleting a showcase
- Choose the Showcase/Gallery you want to delete and click on it.
A window opens showing previews of the plans contained in the Showcase/Gallery. - Click the Delete showcase icon
at the top right of your screen.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes (or Cancel to keep this Showcase).
Note: When you delete a showcase, you do not delete the plans attached to the showcase. You will find these plans in MANAGE PLANS.
The meaning of the Manage Plans icons
These icons appear in the Manage Plans window next to the name of each plan:

Public plan: Plan uploaded for Showcase Inspire (for a showcase/gallery) via Innoplus. |

Private plan: Plan uploaded for Showcase Collaborate (for a customer) via Innoplus. |

Shared plan or showcase: This icon means that this plan has been shared with you by another shop/subsidiary. You can import this plan to Innoplus in order to edit it. You cannot share it with a customer or another shop directly from the Showcase platform. You cannot unpublish or archive it. |
These icons appear at the top right of the Manage Plans window:

These two buttons toggle the view between a list and tile view Note: The default view is the tile view. |

Show filters: When you have a lot of uploaded plans, you will be able to make a selection based on the attributes added during the upload of the plan. |
