By default, emails from Showcase 360 are sent from a standard email address. This can be modified in the Showcase 360 settings.
- Open Innoplus.
- Click on the Manage icon on the Project tab.
- Click on Settings icon.
- In the Settings window, select Company Settings.
- In the Company Settings window, there are two email fields:
- Feedback email – you will receive messages made on showcases etc. at this address.
- Outgoing email (Used as sender email address for outgoing emails) – you can enter an email address specifically for sending information to customers.
Change the Outgoing email to the one you require to change the standard 'no reply' mail to your own email address.
