In Innoplus, you can add scaled 2D images with dimensions and measurements into a layout.

Under the Document tab:

Click the Open layouts icon:

In the assistant box, located on the right, under the under the Contents tab, open the Scaled 2D-drawing drop-down.

Click on the placeholder, the scaled 2D image that is already shown in the layout by default. A preview is shown below the Scale drop-down box. You can adjust the scale by clicking the drop-down box.
- Once you're satisfied with the preview, drag and drop it into the desired place in the layout.
