In Innoplus, it is advantageous to be able to present your design from the best viewpoints and with the optimum camera settings. You can do this by setting the camera position and saving your chosen camera values and viewpoints for later use.
Setting the camera position
- Click the Present tab, then click the Camera position icon:
- The Camera position window will open. Here you can change the position and view direction, as well as camera values. You can save the values for use later and create viewpoints:
- In the Set position and view direction window, left-click and hold the camera icon to drag and drop the camera to the desired position.
- In the Set position and view direction window, left-click and hold the highlighted blue field to move the camera angle.
- Under Camera values, use the sliders to adjust the Height, Inclination and Focal distance of the camera, or by selecting the focal distance presets icons 30mm, 50mm or 70 mm.
Note: You can check the results of your adjustments in the Preview window.
- In the Set position and view direction window, left-click and hold the camera icon to drag and drop the camera to the desired position.
Saving your chosen camera values and viewpoints
- Click the Save current camera values icon to save the current settings. In the Save camera values window, enter a name in the Description field and click OK.
- Click the Remove camera values from the list icon to delete the currently selected user defined settings.
- Click the Reset camera values to default icon to return to the default settings.
- Click the Add to viewpoints icon to save the current position and settings it as a viewpoint. The saved viewpoint will then appear in the Assistant box under the View > Viewpoints tabs.
